ROLLED PANCETTA

FEMA rolled pancetta is obtained from pork belly, which is seasoned with salt, pepper and mulled wine after slight trimming. After roughly 10 days of salting, it is worked by hand - massaged and kneaded - then hand-tied with natural twine and, finally, wrapped in a skin of intestines, which protects it during the curing process.

FEMA rolled pancetta goes perfectly with Tuscan bread, with which it blends in a pleasant contrast owed to the bland taste of the bread, and with a good glass of wine.

 

INGREDIENTS:

PORK MEAT: Choice trimmed pancetta from lean heavy pork.

ANTIOXIDANTS: E301 (Sodium ascorbate)

PRESERVATIVES: E252 (Potassium nitrate)

SUGARS: Dextrose, Sucrose.

E250 (Sodium nitrite).

OTHERS: Spices, Salt
